Highlights of the program: Organizing the Associate Appreciation Week in the Park Lane Hotel, participating in a Six Sigma Fast Track, getting to know so many lovely people across all departments.

Fun Key learning of Vita Futura: You will get out of it what you put into it.

Aspiration: Become a leader within Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Luckily I have some months left to decide what area I would like to go into.

Other Comments: The program frequently exceeds my expectations. 'Design your own destiny' is a true slogan of the program, and I would recommend anyone interested in the hospitality industry to start their career through Vita Futura!
