The duration of the programme is between 18 to 22 months. It is divided into 3 stages:

- Stage 1 - Operations Overview

6 - 8 Months covering 6 operational departments from each functional area, plus an optional 2 months in any other department

- Stage 2 - In depth Experience

6 Months covering 2 departments

- Stage 3 - Intensive Experience

6 - 8 Months in 1 department
