You have lots of opportunities to review your programme with your mentor throughout your time as a VF. You may start out with a well thought out plan for which departments you want to do at each stage, however, we know that as you go through your programme, you may change your mind and we are always happy to accommodate this. You can always consult your mentor and discuss how the outlined programme can be changed to meet your expectations.
