If you have questions regarding the Vita Futura Program that are not answered on this website, please send an email to vita.futura@starwoodhotels.com.

If you are part of the program already, y our mentor can answer any questions related to your programme and regarding your experiences within the Hotel. This mentor is appointed to you at the beginning of your programme and may be someone from the Human Resources or Training Department. If you feel you would rather speak to someone outside your hotel, it is always possible to contact your Area Director of Human Resources, who will be happy to assist. You are also encouraged to build relationships with your General Manager and other senior managers and approach them for advice.

At the beginning of your program, you will also be assigned a buddy who is a Vita Futura Alumni. This person will be someone you can lean on other than your Mentor in giving you guidance.
