You will initially be assessed on the competencies outlined on the Vita Futura departmental evaluation form, which department heads complete at the end of your time in their department. You will also be assessed on your personal development, both through specific goals set on an annual basis and by personal feedback from Human Resources, your mentor and other managers. Your mentor will monitor how you develop during the 18 months of your programme and you will have the opportunity to receive feedback from your General Manager and other members of the team.
