Vita Futura is an 15-18 month program which is totally designed by you. The framework to the right-hand side is only a guide - your Human Resources Department will help you select the options which are right for you... and as you develop, the program can be tailored to suit your changing needs.
Stage 1: Operations Overview (6 - 8 months)
Ideally, 3 operational departments from each functional area plus 2 months in any other department, however graduates do have flexibility to select from all hotel
departments.
Rooms Division:
· Front Office
· Concierge
· Housekeeping
· Reservations
Food and Beverage;
· Kitchen/Stewarding
· In-Room Dining
· Bar
· Restaurant
· Banqueting
Optional (2 months)
· Any other operational or admin department
Stage 2: In-depth Experience (6 months)
2 departments of your choice (3 months per department)

Stage 3: Specialization (6 - 8 months)
1 department of your choice - for example:
