Vita Futura is an 18-22 month program which is totally designed by you. The framework to the right-hand side is only a guide - your Human Resources Department will help you select the options which are right for you...and as you develop, the program can be tailored to suit your changing needs.

1. OPERATIONS OVERVIEW 
   Choose six operational departments
   from each functional area plus optional 
   two months in any other department

2. IN-DEPTH EXPERIENCE
   Choose two departments;
   Three months per department

3. SPECIALISATION
   Choose one department
   to specialise in for 6-8months
