The recruitment phase is divided into three parts:
1.Applications are screened for suitable candidates
2.Suitable candidates are invited for interviews and tests
3.Successful candidates are put forward to attend an assessment center (April/May)

• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
• Fluent in English
and at least 1 additional language
• Strong motivation to be part of the program
• Geographical flexibility
• Positive and Can-do attitude
• Hospitality Experience is favorable
• High energy level
• EU, EEA, Swiss, Middle East or African Passport
